It's a nice beach town but overpriced compared to everywhere else we traveled in Sri Lanka, stuff cost almost double.

Is there much to do around Arugam Bay if I stay for aprox 2 week's. I do plan to surf and chill on the beach but is there much else to do like temples, tea plantations close by? Any reccomendations/advice appreciated. Thanks in advance

U can visit lagoonroughly 2000slk rupes for boat ride in lagoon, also safari can be aranged around 4500 per person. Or just explore the town by hiring a bicycle or scooty(need international licience). 1 temple nearby.
