Fun pub!

I loved the buffalo burgers and the great selection of beverages. The service was a bit slow understandably as they were very busy. Worth the time to enjoy.

The Ale House was our first stop on our first visit to Grand Junction. We were there for a late lunch and sat at the bar. Our meals were great, and the selection of brews on tap was excellent. The bartender and the other folks at the bar provided good company and interesting conversation. We even got lucky and had... More

My wife and I chose this place due to reviews, and it was a great one. My wife had the Asian salad and I had the house salad and chicken pot pie. Wonderful flavors, not too much to eat, and Michael's service made for an all around great experience! We'll be back next time we are in Grand Junction.

You get some good news and bad news when you visit the Ale House. Good: Excellent outside patio and open area is great for summer time. They do have plenty of selections of beer if that is your interest. Many big televisions for sports viewing. It can attract a college crowd which can be fun on the weekends. They do... More

The buffalo burger was good. I like the fries also. We ate outside it was a nice area clean and quiet. The staff was nice. The prices were in line with other restaurants. The only problem was that service was really slow, the appetizers arrived at the same time as the main course. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon... More

I really like eating on the patio when the weather allows - great atmosphere despite the proximity to 12th St. Inside is okay - very sport culture oriented so if you don't like being surrounded by big televisions you might want to go elsewhere. Menu is okay, prices are very good, we've always had good service.

Myself and my husband we're looking forward to enjoying a few afternoon drinks and apps... However, when seated at the bar... We waited at least ten minutes for a greeting... Never received one, since there was not a bartender present...we decided to wait a few more moments (we we're excited to sit outside despite the wait) In the end we... More

First time visit so we opted for the patio dining. On a busy street, however, we were able to grab a table a little further away from the road. Great service and great beer! Lots of Colorado beers on tap. We found several to our liking! Food was good; not great. Shared a Shaved Steak Dip ($10.50). Service was good... More

Loved the patio for dinner and drinks. Service was friendly and efficient and the beer menu was large. Our group shared several beers, none of which stood out as outstanding, but most were very good. The menu was diverse and the presentation good. The food, however, was average to good, again nothing great at our table of six. The elk... More

I'm not much of a beer drinker but our waitress did an amazing job teaching me how to taste the different beers. I did try a few before making my decision. My burger was great
