I love museums and gallery work, but skip this place. It is a gallery to sale art from locals. I went in and found a piece I liked and wanted to purchase it for a gift. The item was framed and matted amateurishly. The slits...More

This art center has special exhibits and events, and has areas for instruction, as well. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide enough variety for viewing often....except for special events. We were over from Denver and wanted to check out this little art center. It was a very pleasant surprise. First, it wasn't little; second, the art was very well displayed and offered a variety of local art.

Constantly changing exhibitions. Lots of special events with live demos. Every first Friday of the month a new exhibit with free hors d'oeuvres and cheap wine and beer.
