We stayed here two nights as a base to explore the Grand Mesa. We were surprised to see so many open spots during the peak tourist season. The park was clean and fairly well maintained. Dried grass and dying trees were evident everywhere. We were...More

We camped here when we went to country jam. The RV park it’s self is nice . The river is right there and a couple of ponds. The free way noise was a little loud , but not horrible .

There is a great raft tour that starts in Fruita ends in Utah. Along the way you get to explore petroglyphs and view amazing rock. I can't recall the name, but it is just south less than a mile from the Colorado State Park... More
