The cemetery is about a half mile or more up hill. The hike is okay, but definitely considered a hike. The trail was covered in snow when I went and it was tricky going up and down. The views are awesome. Amazing bit of history...More

Hiked up with kids aged 4-11, not too bad kids were all capable of making it on their own. There is a wishing tree on the way up as well as a bench at the top overlooking the town.

It’s a short hike (1/2 mile) to get to the MEMORIAL grave marker of Doc Holliday. What you will see is NOT his actual grave. According to the sign by his memorial, he was likely buried in an unmarked grave but the records of grave...More

This is a hike I first went on when I was 9. It's a nice short hike that offers a great view of Glenwood Springs with a bit of Glenwood's history thrown in.

This is a nice short hike, but do not be fooled, it is steep so it’s not as easy as some have indicated. It is beautiful at the top and there’s great views of the valley below. The markers are fun throughout the cemetery. Kid...More

It is a bit of a hike uphill on a rough track about 30 mins or so . It was snow covered when I did it but dry now. It is an old graveyard with good views down into the valley. If you can't walk much , then I would think it... More

Some sports team that was visiting and hiked up put the ribbons on the tree about three years ago. No active story. It was really pretty when it happened.
