The caves themselves are very small and very hot, as should be expected. You can only spend 8-12 minutes per visit, but you can cool off as often as you want in a few nice areas. The staff are so very nice, helpful, polite, and...More

Went here for a spa day. Went in for the vapor caves, Chocolate wrap and a 1 hour massage. Vapor cave was awesome. Mud wrap was rushed. Supposed to be totally covered in chocolate mud and wrapped up in layers of fabric to lock in...More

I have heard of the vapor caves and was excited to go and try them out as I love a good hot sauna! While checking in and paying, the lobby and spa areas seemed nice and clean. And they have a ton of expensive Aveda...More

Vapor caves and massages are great. Have enjoyed the salt rubs and deep massages. It is a great way to relax and refresh.

A long time favorite of locals and you may meet some there. A massage after the trip to the hot steam room downstairs is soooo advised. Just sitting and relaxing in the quiet room is a joy to be appreciated.

So that vapor cave is just disgusting. I've had three disappointing massages here now. The private soak tubs are nice, but just justify a trip here...

Though I did not expect much originally, I and three teenage daughters had so much fun in this cave steam bath, cooling body with cold water time to time.

We really enjoyed the vapor caves!!! I'd do that again. The mineral bath was disappointing. Just nothing special. A small room with a tub for two in mineral water. Not sure what I was expecting but in my opinion the cost didn't equal the service....More

To get down to the caves I am not sure if there is an alternate way from the stairs that we had to take. I would contact them directly.

Go with as little as possible. Swimsuit-that's it and use their changing room. Use their robe and white flip flops. Check out the monthly special and get the massage.

Towels and robes are provided. Personally I'd bring my own flip flops for comfort!
