Students from a local coldly had interactive displays to teach the kids how their lungs work, how hard their heart works, how food is digested, etc. some had make and takes. The girls loved every exhibit and activity. So many hands on things to do. No waiting even on... More

We spent almost three hours at this wonderful museum on a weekend visit to Fort Collins. The museum has tons of interactive exhibits on a wide variety of topics from me history, to music to science and more. Our 14 year old son loved all the opportunities to play musical instruments: guitar, drums, trumpet, cello and piano. Our 12 year... More

We went with our 8 and 12 year old kids. They loved getting to play all of the different instruments and the shadow wall best, truthfully we did too! The price is very reasonable for a few hours of hands on entertainment. They also have a traveling exhibit and dome theater that we enjoyed. It was cold and rainy the... More

The museum has ample parking and for the folks with Battery cars- recharging station. Bunch of hands on experiments- though young as museum goes a fine collection- ranging from a lot of disciplines of all 5 senses -Nice deck on top-- I will go back

My husband and I were so impressed by our half day at the FoCo Museum of Discovery. What a wonderful gem, especially for such a moderately small town. Its standing exhibits are great fun and quite diverse, from music to Colorado history. But we happened to visit during a special exhibit, Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs. Phenomenal! This... More

We had a lot of fun. I think it's primarily for smaller children but my teenage son and my wife both loved it. The museum has several parts to it. It has a music/sound part, a local history and wildlife part, and a special attraction area showing pterosaurs. We were so impressed, we ended up buying a membership which is... More

At first I thought this would be kind of boring because I thought it was a children's museum. I go there by myself now! It is so interactive and there is so much to learn. This is a great place to visit no matter how old you are.

This place has SO many cool things to do! You can jam out on the virtual instruments, learn about Fort Collins, and many more! For a kid, it is a very fun place to bring friends and do all sorts of cool stuff! At there is an amazing coffee shop right next to it for the parents... 😜
