Did a tour of here with some hired Jeeps. Be warned some of the tracks are very rough & challenging! Great views & solitude.

There are countless hiking trails, 4wd trails, campgrounds in various parts of the Pike National Forest. Get out and enjoy them. Pike is one of the drier spots in Colorado, so take plenty of water, and be careful out there. That's not to say there...More

Drove up into the National Forest and took a short hike with the family. Wonderful being out in the woods, up in Colorado!

There are many easy dirt roads and harder four wheeling roads. Many beautiful campgrounds which are off the beaten path. Old mines and mine buildings as well as operating gold mines. Fishing, hiking and historical sites.

This drive up to the peak has amazing views...a little scary at times because the heights but well worth the drive! Allow a couple of hours to drive and to stop to see the views!
