We took our girls with us (9&12) and we had a fun hike. It has some nice views when hiking up the rocky mountain with a cool breeze (even in July). We liked how it wasnt just a boring trail but that you had to...More

A beautiful area, with fantastic views and great trails. Its kind of unfortunate that the local dog park closed; you are required to keep your dog on leash while you are hiking Alderfer- this area is perfect for adventurous and athletic and energetic pups to...More

With just a little more snow, this would have been so heavenly. The main flat trails were comfortable, but the higher spots were still a little rocky. Lots of hikers, fat tire bikers and families out for a beautiful weekend outing. Trails are well marked...More

This is a very recommended trail for hiking, found some bikes using parts of it as well, but its not an issue. They have bathroom and maps available.

Such a truly wonderful area with multiple trails to pick from. You can make it as long or short as you want. Great for hiking, walking, running, and mountain biking. There are some really cool rock outcroppings that are fun to climb on as well.
