History, architecture, sculptures, and views are all there. However, almost every time I've walked in the park I have been approached with offers to buy all kinds of drugs. I've observed people shooting up under the cement structures and frequently see discarded dirty needles. Even...More

Civic Center Park has become a mixed bag. The wonderful festivals for Cinco de Mayo and Taste of Colorado are sometimes overshadowed by the homeless and criminals who hang out the rest of the time. Denver Police could probably do a better job of ensuring...More

A very clean, open and great for children to play area. There are many homeless around and strange people walking but, keep doing your stuff and you will have a great experience and pictures!.

I have been to this park many times for various events and also just to hang out. What I love the most is the Denver City and County Building to the west and the Colorado State Capitol to the east. Beautiful to see.
