A lovely restored town home across from the Brown Palace houses 3 floors of original Western art covering years from about mid 1800 s to present day. Beautiful collection. You can get audio tour or take private tour. Inexpensive admission prices.

The collection is remarkable and it’s very well curated. The sign in front of the building that names the museum is about 8” x 10” with small print. Parking in downtown Denver can be challenging. As a landmark, see the marquee for La Loma restaurant...More

WOW. What a place to see. The art of the western United States through the past two centuries. Many artists and styles. This is a true value at only $5.00 and it include an audio walking tour. Put this on your list while in Denver.

Not a big fan of western art? Go anyway! It's more about the early history of American West artists. Excellent pieces displayed in chronological order. Georgia O'keefe, Maxfield Parrish, and more.
