Who doesn't love money?! Super short, self guided tour via your phone. Money from the Revolutionary War to now encased in several wall displays. You can have the kiddos "print" their own money and see if you can identify a forged bill. Seeing the differences...More

The money museum is a fun little way to spend 30 minutes. It shows you the history of money through the years and the changes that were made to the currency. There is a nice little audio you can do on your phone. At the...More

Not much in America is free and while attractions in Chicago are on the expensive side, it’s refreshing to know there are still places that do not require you to empty your savings while visiting. This is a short tour inside the Federal Reserve Building.

Very fun. Was on business, and went with two of my colleagues. Wanted to get out at lunch and do something fun. Money museum was close and small. Great place to bring kids. Expect to spend 2 hours for full experience.

I took my 3 kids to check out the museum. We all found the different denominations very interesting. The bags of shredded money were a hit with my youngest until the money spilled in our car. We had to park in a pay parking garage...More

My wife and I stopped in for a fun and educational visit. We enjoyed the display of paper currency and old coins. Before this visit we'd never seen paper money from the 1700s or from different parts of the US (before it was standardized). It...More
