Good bike path

They have a designated bike path i like very much. Sometimes bumpy, but all in all biking around Denver suburban area is good.

Human feces, the smell of urine, trash......aaahhh, Denver. This place is dangerous and a discrace to the once decent Colorado capitol.

Enter off of Speer near 2nd or 3rd, go down the entrance ramp (look both ways for oncoming bikes), and then ride uninterrupted all the way downtown to a point just across the water from REI. The ride into town is slightly downhill, and the ride back southeast is slightly uphill, and both are well worth the effort.

Cherry Creek and the Platte River converge right there in the Lower Downtown district of Denver. Although the water is pretty unsafe and polluted, the walkway is down below traffic noise and all the bustle of the city. The bridges are lovely and there are surprisingly attractive new buildings and sculpture everywhere. Beautiful and cool stroll after a nice lunch... More

Love the trail to unicycle when in Denver. Cyclist are quite polite the creek was up and the falls made beautiful background sounds. Well maintained, nice trails with some elevation.

I rode this path nearly every day for more than ten years, over five miles each way. Summer, winter, sun, rain, snow, ice (more on that in a second), even through floods. I live in a different part of town now and I miss the convenience of zipping from the suburbs to the heart of downtown without having to deal... More

Grab a bike share (Denver B-cycle) for the afternoon/day and check out this bike path! It runs along Cherry Creek and is a good way to navigate through the city uninterrupted and safe from traffic! It is completely segregated from the road and offers a peaceful joy ride as you bike your way to your destination or to just go... More

Love the Cherry Creek Bike path, it has everything you could ever want. Great rides and great eats and happy hours, etc. You have to go off the path a little to find great eats and drinks, but not to far. Awesome trail and you can connect to anything from the trail.

This is a great bike path! If you're renting bikes, my advice would be to rent at the Cherry Creek mall and then ride the downhill slope about 6 miles to confluence park. It's a relatively easy ride and you see the coolest parts of Denver.
