This is a great park close to attractions and Trader Joes is down the street. Look on groupon for discounts.

Nice, safe place for a walk. Beautifully kept grounds. Very clean and maintained. Have yet to see anyone at the water toy rental place during their business hours.

City Park has great open spaces, and beautiful little lakes. There are plenty of benches surrounding the lake, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the view. Beware if you are waking through the grassy areas. There are large amounts of duck poop in the grass.

Rent a B-cycle and take it on the Cherry Creek Trail. You can go miles without any worry of cars! Denver is really flat so just because it is next to the mountains does not mean there are hills in town. It's really a fun...More
