Wash Park offers year round fun! In the summer there are free concerts in the park! People are always running, walking, playing frisbee, biking, or just hanging out with friends in this casual park. Washington Park is the host of many charity walks/runs. My family always participate in the LIGHT THE NIGHT 5k each September for Leukemia/Lymphoma. Washington Park is... More

Washington Park is probably the jewel of the Denver Park System. It is a beautiful, large open space with water and statuary and gardens. There are also tennis courts and at least one basket ball court. The City has an indoor recreation center on the east side of this huge park. Not very much in terms of concessions, but bring... There is always something to do here. One can find bicyclists, skateboarders, roller bladers, joggers, families on a stroll, weddings, boaters, and dog walkers here all year round. It is a very popular spot for good reason. It is scenic, fun, and presents a nice central location for casual, low energy sporting in a state of high commitment, high investment... More

There is always something happening here! In the summer there are tons of races and walks, sports leagues and casual weekend park dayers. Great place to people watch, get in some exercise on the well groomed walking trails or join a volleyball or kickball game. Cute shops and restaurants nearby in almost every direction. Parking can be difficult - all... More

This is a great place to socialize your puppy and walk your dog. One of my dogs however, gets over-stimulated from every tree having a squirrel in it. Great place to run and job. Great playground for kids!

We walked here from my sons house. There is a little bit of everything for everybody. Walking trails, lakes, playground toys and big open spaces.

We visit "Wash" park often when in Denver! It's a beautiful little park, perfect for gatherings, activities, exercise, and just strolling through the flower gardens.

Pretty park with hundreds of geese. Lots of walking or biking. Enjoy a picnic just watch where you spread your blanket.
