We walked here from my sons house. There is a little bit of everything for everybody. Walking trails, lakes, playground toys and big open spaces.

We visit "Wash" park often when in Denver! It's a beautiful little park, perfect for gatherings, activities, exercise, and just strolling through the flower gardens.

Pretty park with hundreds of geese. Lots of walking or biking. Enjoy a picnic just watch where you spread your blanket.

Just a few minutes away from the fabulous Halcyon Hotel is this giant, beautiful park. Our family borrowed longboards from the Halcyon 'Gear Garage' and had a total blast speeding along the auto-free walkways.

This park is nestled in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood in Denver. It's perfect for picnics, volleyball, concerts, or a good workout. One of my favorite places in all of Colorado.

We went to Washing park on a cold, snowy day and it was spectacular. So many Canadian geese around! Lake was partially frozen with ducks/geese all over it. Great family place to visit - walk around the park. Lovely park as all the parks are in Denver. A must visit

This beautiful park lies in the middle of a large urban area, providing some much needed outdoor space to city dwellers. Our son, who lives in the Denver Metro area, regularly runs or roller skis around the 2.5 mile circumference of this park. It is a wonderful asset to the city.

This park has everything! Paddle boats and canoes on the lake, dancing lessons at the pavilion, miles of trail around both lakes, a creek for dogs to play in, volleyball and soccer, flower gardens and more. After 5pm in the summer, everyone south of Speer Blvd hangs out at the park. It is vibrant fun!

Washington Park is worth a visit any time of the year. In spring and summer, the gardens are bright with flowers. In fall the trees are bright. Winter brings views of the snow capped Rockies. At Wash Park you'll find volleyball tournaments, family picnics, runners, bikers and roller skaters.
