Exquisite space for expertly curated art featuring a range of styles, eras, and formats. There are nicely placed rest areas to sit and relax a bit, galleries have gameboards to keep kids engaged and there seem to be plenty of photo opportunities everywhere. Really thoughtfully...More

We went to see the impressionists exhibit which was great, but we didn't see much else there of any interest. Very interesting boat-like building.

I visited the Denver Art Museum on a weekday and it was pretty quiet, which was nice. The building itself is spectacular - wide and winged and graceful. And the art outside is also very interesting. My favorite exhibits were the Native American art and...More

The holdings of Native American art and artifacts, historical and current, are so well-selected and well-displayed that they inspired me to start reading about the Nations. My favorite stop in our week-long vacation!

We couldn't believe how much art this museum had! And the diversity of the art was really wonderful. The main building has 7 floors, each with different types of art. The Pre-Columbian art was the largest collection I had ever seen. In addition, there is...More

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier. We bought tickets online beforehand. We only waited 10 minutes or so. They monitor how many folks can start the exhibit at a time. Waiting wasn't an issue. Also, you are free to roam... More
