We went specifically for the Star Wars exhibit and were very happy. We were able to take loads of pictures and you are given an audio tour that gives you lots of information as you walk round. We also looked at other parts of the...More

They do a great job of bringing in a lot of fabulous exhibits for varying tastes. Definitely buy tix in advance if it's a big exhibit since they tend to sell out. Very accessible and kid-friendly, you can enjoy it wandering around and in a...More

Just went with my family to see the Star Wars Costume exhibit and it was phenomenal! We got tickets to enter in a 3:30pm thinking that would be plenty of time before it closed at 5pm. It definitely was not! There is so much to...More

DAM has an outstanding western art section. It has one of the best Native American collections in the world. It has fine special exhibits as well. The architecture is so interesting and unusual.

I have to travel to Denver from the Eastern Plains but I am never disappointed. I watch for changing exhibits and plan a trip to the city to coincide.

I took my six-year-old son to see the Star Wars costume exhibit and while that was well worth it, we spent just as much time in the rest of the museum. We liked that they had things geared towards kids. Three hours later, we didn't...More

This museum is always full of surprises. Allow extra time for parking. Being a long time Star Wars movie watcher, seeing the actual clothing used on set up close brought another dimension to me. Seeing the height of the actors wearing the clothes and the...More

A wonderful place for a contemplative or interactive visit with fine art of all types. I have had the chance to see some traveling displays here that one would never get to see otherwise. And the building itself is a sculptural marvel.

They had a phenomenal exhibit of the Star Wars costumes! My 5-year old took my headphones and was immersed in the narrator's talk, we didn't initially get him his own set thinking he might get bored. You could easily go through this several times and...More

Love this place! Such interesting architecture and new exhibits. Each visit you see something new that you hadn't seen before in the permanent collection.
