Really enjoyed the visit to the museum. I was sorry that we JUST MISSED the opening of the Dior exhibit, it looked like it was going to be amazing. We saw the Rembrandt printmaking exhibit, which was fascinating and educational. It was a little challenging,...More

They seem to be undergoing a big expansion/renovation so I'm not sure if they have a lot of their collection in storage. I was expecting a more comprehensive museum with galleries for different periods/cultures. There was not nearly enough art to fill that kind of...More

Today was the museum’s anniversary. A nice layout, skipped the Dior exhibit but there’s quite a few nice pieces.

Dior Exhibit - beautiful exhibit. Many, many gorgeous dresses. I saw a review that asked is it art? It depends on your definition. Very well presented and entertaining.

Not one of the better known Denver attractions, so it isn't that crowed and there is a lot to see. There is a monthly free day at the beginning of the month so you can get a taste if this is fo you.

I have not been to the DAM in quite a while and their Dior exhibit is very well done. I like the historical passage of the house of Dior from Christian Dior to the current principal designer. Quite the accomplishment of a museum that is...More

My husband and I went to the Denver Art Museum after hearing about their Stampede exhibit. We were so impressed with the diversity of the exhibits. Native American artwork and artifacts were plentiful. There was also a Rembrandt exhibit that contained etchings. We’ve never seen...More

We covered the top two floors in a couple of hours. I would suggest 2-3 hours to give you a good flavor of the museum.
