We had a terrific guide on the tour of this beautiful home. I had grown up with a head full of Hollywood nonsense about Mrs. Brown. As much as I enjoyed the movie, the real life Margaret Brown was ten times better. Our guide told...More

I have visited A LOT of historical homes and museums. It's sort of my thing. Occasionally, I know more than my guide about the actual items items/building features (not that I point that out to them). I say that to say, I really enjoyed this...More

This was a well devised tour and offered many interesting insights into life and times in Denver in the early 1900's. The tour was comprehensive and covered the entire house. Lots of info was shared by the docent and it was a good hour spent...More

You’ll learn about the house, not about the incredible woman I’m not sure if it was our tour guide that made this such a disappointing visit. My husband and I were very, very disappointed in our tour here. We did the 3pm tour on Saturday...More

Having seen The Unsinkable Molly Brown and Titanic, I was of course interested in the Molly Brown House, but it was even so much better than I anticipated! Though I expected the real Margaret Brown to be totally different from the fictional portrayals, I had...More

I went here as soon as I landed in Denver because it sounded really interesting. And it was! It was a small group tour and the guide was very informative. There is also a cute little shop in the back where you buy the tickets.

We enjoyed visiting this museum. The group we were put in was a bit large but were able to see into all of the rooms, and view the encased exhibits. It was interesting learning about Mollie's (Margaret's) life, including her surviving the Titanic disaster.

This was a fun place to visit. We were there right before Halloween and they went way over the top with decorations. They were very distracting and not period appropriate. The house was very nicely put together and though our guide was bit dry, she...More

I was surprised at how fascinating the life of Mrs. Brown was. She was very impressive in her accomplishments. The house itself is restored to the way it was when the Browns occupied it, so it is interesting to see. The more interesting aspect is...More

Enlightening and educational tour. October 29, 2 pm Docent was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering questions and adding fun details. Wonderfully restored home with great detail. Nice modern facilities in basement and good gift shop. Highly recommend.

You can take the free 16th Street shuttle bus most of the way. It will be 5 or 6 blocks after that, but the park in front of the State Capital is interesting and nice.
