From the top out look you can see most of the city below. Some say you can see Utah but I am not sure. It is a breath taking view if you are not afraid of heights.

This is a little piece of the wilderness smack in the middle of Colorado Springs city limit. Great day hikes or trail runs.

We love going to Palmer Park when we visit our son. We usually bring a lunch and enjoy the view. Lots of good mountain biking and road biking, hiking too.

Palmer Park has about 27 miles of trails to hike from easy to moderate. There is a park on the south end and a dog park. At the top of the road to the west there is the Grandview Overlook, so even if you don't want to hike... More
