Hiked for a couple of hours. You'll need a map, which you can pick up from the Visitor Center. The rock formations are interesting and the trails take you right up to them. Great hike and a must see when in Colorado Springs

This is a fantastic park to visit when in Colorado Springs. One of the few parks in the area that is free. A visitor can just drive around the park or get out and walk some of the trails. This park can be very crowded on the weekends but you can still enjoy the beauty of this park

Really cool, spectacular rock formations. I really enjoyed just walking around and taking photos. Many varieties of hiking trails.

Nice lunch in the comfortable visitors center with a gorgeous... More

We spent an afternoon and morning here and really enjoyed it. We wanted to see it in both the evening and morning light. Got lots of great photos as the weather was beautiful. Saw about 10 types of birds and enjoyed doing some hiking. Make sure you see the Balanced Rock (can see from car) and take the short hike... More
