First time going, and this place is awesome. You can drive through with your own car, park and hike, and ride your bike. Apparently, you can horseback riding also.

If you need to kill some time, this is nice. The hiking is minimal. The one famous rock area is pretty but other than that it’s not much to see. It’s nice that its free and we had no issues parking.

We stayed at the TownPlace Suites about a 5 mile drive to The Garden of the Gods. The room included breakfast each day. Can't help much with the camping, I haven't done that since I was a Boy Scout.
