Great views looking in every direction! Beautiful drive through the peaks of canon city! Bike trails, 107 million year old dinosaurs footprints. Cool place, free...

Have you ever driven along the top of a ridge ... in a regular car? This is located right off Hwy-50, between Royal Gorge turn-off and Canon City. It is one-way (toward Canon City) and has very subtle signage. It is spectacular in early morning...More

Short drive with views of Canon City and places far in the distance. Sunny days are best for the drive.

It is just 5 to 10 minutes drive from the train station, you may think you are lost because there are not signals to guide you to get there, but just follow google maps and you'll be fine. It is nothing fancy, just beautiful views...More

Beautiful drive with well maintained roads. Frequent places to pull over and take photos, just take it slow if you're nervous of the heights.

My wife loved the experience and took many photos of the geology and surrounding area. The fossil tracks were my favorite.

Ok - we were passing by and I mentioned this drive to my husband. He didn't do well driving up Pike's Peak but we figured this would be a piece of cake. Nope. He hated driving it. Luckily it's a short road. He is very...More

Amazing view! You can see the entire city. Drive up skyline or make it a challenge and run, either way, it's an awesome experience!

Very steep trail in both sides! Great for a Jeep but a truck barely fits on the dirt road. Beautiful scenery from the top of the valley & Canon City. A great adventure! Canalso hike but it is steep. Not for the faint of heart.

A Sudan will be okay. The road, although very narrow, is paved.

If there is bad weather you will not want to be on this road. It is truly a trip across the razor edge of the top. No stops on either side of the one way road.

This review is about Skyline Drive in Canon City, Colorado, not South Carolina. The former is about 3mi long. No clue about SC's.
