I figured Breckenridge would not disappoint, and I was right. Even though a bit winded due to the 9,600 foot elevation, I soon overcame and enjoyed the ambiance. Lots of historic sites, cool shops, boutiques, food choices. Breathtaking scenery surrounds this town. Worth a return...More

Breckenridge has wonderful shops, restaurants, etc. and is very picturesque. Our biggest problem was that there wasn't any free parking. We parked a distance away at the city market or the gondola parking lot (before opening of ski season).

We were looking to kill some time. Lots of funky shops. Cool art and trendy art. My only complaint would be it’s a bit repetitive. Once you start going. The same shirts in shops. The same trinkets. That said there is variety out there and...More

There are lots of ski related and tourist shops. It's just a nice area to walk and stop in here and there.

too many shops, restaurants to name, plus those wonderful mountain views makes this a place for everyone. For me, love the charm of seeing all the beautiful streetlights come on and snow coming down.

Breckenridge's main street has a variety of things to try, making it a great place to take a stroll. With different small shops, clothing stores, bookstores, restaurants and cafes, it has a little something for everyone!

Main street Breckenridge is beautiful. It is clean and has many shops to explore. Multi-level shopping stops will have many souvenirs and fantastic classic Breck memorabilia. Must take a nice walk down Main street Breckenridge when visiting.

So what if i couldn't breathe or keep up with the natives as we walked around downtown? It was so beautiful and cozy. Lots of friendly restaurant bars and happy people.

There is snowshoeing trails. I have not seen any place to rent the snow shoes. I imagine you will have to bring your own.
