Absolutely loved this place! The tour is very interesting...and the unlimited tea tasting is great! The gift store has every tea imaginable! Some that you can only get in Boulder. Definitely recommend!

No. It is a working factory. There are no grounds, etc to visit. It is a working factory. Tasting room would be okay - but nothing for a one year old. Go to Leanin; Tree down the street.

This a great tour and worthwhile doing if you are in the area. I believe the last tour of the day is at 4 PM

No need for a reservation except for very large groups. I'd give them a call IF you are on a tight schedule or need a special time. Have fun and enjoy. It's a great tour.
