This trail can be accessed from many different spots. If you are looking for a scenic view and hike go up to National Center of atmospheric Research and hook up to the Mesa trail there.

This is my favorite trail in Boulder. It's a narrow meandering path that takes you along the mountains in South Boulder.

Mesa Trail is great trails with an amazing view of the Flatiron. Bring your sun block and camera and enjoy this clearly marked trail with your loved ones. This trail is relatively not crowded as the other Boulder area trails.

The Mesa Trail from El Dorado Canyon to Chatauqua or from NCAR is perfect if you're looking for pretty hike that's not very demanding. Nice views of the Flatirons, cool walk through the woods. It's all well marked.

Love the flatirons from this trail, great for family pictures or professional photography. Not as busy as other trails, good for kids and trail running. Stop and get some spring water in Eldorado Canyon before your hike!!

Several hiking options from NCAR and many parking spots. Took Mesa Trail to Chautauqua area. Approximately 5 miles or so round trip. Nice, easy hike with beautiful views. Flat enough to do trail running here. Well marked.
