Beautiful area to people watch, skateboard, walk, run but do beware of a lot of homeless people. Also, we smelled a lot of marijuana in the area even though it’s an open area that’s very well maintained.

the boulder creek is a great palce to go. cool in the summer because of the creek, you can stare at the water or go fishing or walk. Watch out for the bicycles.

Lovely gently path up and down the Boulder Creek. We cycled and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of hire places in Boulder - we used university bikes on 9th.

Beautiful, picturesque run into the mountains. Very well maintained. You run along the creek all the way up the mountains. We saw deer and lots of beautiful scenery.

Boulder has a number of Creek Paths that are paved and wide enough for bikes and pedestrians. Boulder Creek Path extends from West to East, much of it is shady and grade is easy.

I only recall one fountain on the path. Most people carry their own bottled water or fill up a bottle with water. This is important if you're coming from low altitude. The climate is semi-arid and the altitude around 6,000... More

Bike use it, so I would think scooters would be okay unless they are motorized.
