Not much parking, but Purisima Creek Redwoods are towering giants that few realize exist. It's located nearby Half Moon Bay, so if you are on the coast, or live there, check out these redwoods.

Good trails but not one of my favorite hiking spots; although the scenery is very nice I prefer other locations in the area to hike but it is worth the visit

Nice hiking trails (a couple to choose from) and lots of shade along the way. Steep incline at some points. Like Jurassic Park. Filled with ferns and creek and wildflowers in the right season. Well worth it.

It was awesome to visit once again with wild flowers in bloom at the beach before the trek. The scent of pine and eucalyptus was calming and exhilirating at the same time. We loved the Red Woods. The long beautiful trail. The trail we took...More

Great hiking place! There's basically a loop, and it's about 9 miles long. I really enjoyed it, as it was shaded, had views of Half Moon Bay part of the way, and had lots of trees. It's also not very steep, and the shade really...More
