We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We be hosted a few sweet 16 birthday parties there and they have been catered at this location and they have had a good turn out. Recently they have done remodeling to the place and still has some more going on. Location is right by the fwy and in downtown. Bank in right next door and restaurants nearby

For many years we have attended an annual convention, staying at the Marriott Hotel, at the Visalia Convention Center. Not only is the venue superb for large clusters of like-minded people from all over the world, the the service from the staff is superb. In addition, for 3 days, we were able to walk within a few blocks to many restaurants to stretch our legs. And, it is the gateway to Sequoia National Park, a tour from our convention not to be missed. We look forward to returning each year.

Bridal shows are amazing. I have attended the Home & Garden shows,as well as Craft fairs. Those are great so much creativity in one room.

Well laid out. Plenty of room for meetings and exhibits. Next to the Marriott, and across the street from the Comfort Suites. The microphones in the meeting rooms need wind screens.

This is the first time we attended the indoor yard sale. It was fun. Quite a variety of items. Food was also available.

room was very square, so people wanting to go see a gymnastic meet can't see very well all the way to the back. Layout was probably more the fault of the people in charge of event, rather than the facility. But I looked around and there might have been restaurants around, but only a couple within walking distance. You needed to walk at least 4-5 blocks to find anything which I thought wasn't as good as other venues I've been to. My daughter said she could smell manure in the air around the facility and hated being outside. She took refuge inside. It was raining too, so that probably helped take away the smell a little.

Attended a ham radio convention. Plenty of space for vendors. Had to search for chairs that didn't rock, however. Many to choose from but most had uneven legs.

Modest gatherings from several hundred to several thousand are easily accommodated here in downtown Visalia. You might think parking and access is a problem, but there's a multi-story garage across the street as well as street parking nearby. The place advertises 114,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and a 30,000 sq ft exhibit hall. Multiple events were hosted when I attended a convention in April 2016. They were seamless. When you need a break from the crowds, a walk around the city center is in order. You will find refreshing adult beverages as well as tasty food within a few blocks.

If you attending an event at VCC park across the street on the parking structure. I made the mistake of parking on the back of VCC but on the side of mineral king and that parking lot belongs to the dentist office. So at break they announce for anybody who parked on that section needed to move immediately.
