Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did not have a reservation and it was within an hour of closing time on a Thursday. Fortunately there was room for two at the tasting bar. The woman who offered the tasting-I believe her name was Michelle, couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were so blown away by their selection of wines we went way over our budget- and it was worth every penny! We now have wine on hand for the holidays- and we’re bringing a special bottle to our kids who have recently moved to Colorado. Highly recommend this Vineyard.

This is one of our favorite wineries to visit and order from! The wines are always a treat, plus the winery has sustainable and organic growing practices. The tasting room and patio are wonderful and the team is always informative and friendly.

Kathy was our very informative, enthusiastic, and kind host. We felt like we were learning from a true insider who knew her stuff and was happy to share her preferences.
The wines were fabulous and seemed an authentic reflection of what old-vine zins are supposed to be. Such quality and depth. Turley really is a must stop for those who want the full Paso Robles wine region experience.

We booked an afternoon "focused tasting " at Turley. We are big fans of Sonoma Zins so we were very interested in tasting some Turley Zins and a also petite syrah.
Our host, Tracie, was excellent and very informative. The wine selection was excellent.
No wine club per se---you need to get on their mailing list to buy releases

Iconic wine producer, with tasting room specializing in Central Coast Zin and other varietals. Have ability to taste other wines from the vineyards in Napa and several other California locations. However, no Gold Country options for tasting or purchase. Need to go to Amador tasting room to do so. Tasting room is usually active and sometimes crowded so early or late in day are good times for tasting. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

Well, this was on my list to find some excellent Zinfandel wines and Turley came through! Quite different from one vineyard to the next. Price points are very good as well. No wine club per se but can order in mixed cases for better shipping. Excellent tasting room and knowledgeable staff, even about other wineries in the area.

Bright sunny day, enjoyable pours...
We have held a special place at our table for these wines for years.
We were so excited to finally visit!
The chance that one may be offending a percentage of their audience by engaging in audible political commentary is almost a certainty, and the banter between an employee and guests on this trip, unfortunately, sent us to a negative space.
Wine should bring us together; it’s best served that way.
Turley will always have a place at our table.
Love the new option to purchase a bit of charcuterie on your journey through Paso!

Turley is one of our reliable (Red) Zinfandel producers, but first visit to tasting room. Steady traffic for a Thursday morning, well-staffed. Our server was well-informed. I noted that most of the wines are in the 15%+ alcohol category. Tough decision, but we purchased a Petite Sirah, Napa Valley, and a Zinfandel, Paso Robles.

Our Zinfandel is the Paper Street label: the grapes are grown at about 2000 feet elevation vs. 600-800 feet for many of their Zins. 100% Zinfandel. We found it compared favorably to the Juvenile and the Dusi Vineyard.

Tasting fee was waived as we met the minimum purchase requirement. Our server very kindly gave us a quality case box to use for our trip.

A worthwhile stop. While the wines aren't cheap, we would return.
