CA Mission Museum was the highlight of our week trip to Sonoma/Napa area. The quality of the models of the 21 missions is excellent, clearly professionally done. The museum did offer educational/history books about the 21 missions for a fair price. I purchased items for my Catholic granddaughters.

The amazing miniature 21 (?) missions and their history were very interesting. Such a small building behind the Cline Winery was a great surprise. History buffs will like this a lot. The beautiful stained glass window is huge and intricately done. Best of all, it's free.

We popped in here and were pleasantly surprised how interesting it was. Gave our daughter a change from dragging her round a winery. There's maybe not enough info for history buffs though.

A surprisingly nice museum in an unexpected location. You do not have to tour the winery in order to see the museum. They are on the same property though. The docent was friendly and knowledgable. The models of the missions are on display with accompanying info. Nice collection! The building they are housed in is beautiful as well.

Enjoyed checking out the barracks and other museums in the area. If you pay entrance for one you are able to see all of them in sonoma. It is a walking tour and with guides stationed to answer questions but you can go at your own pace. Very cool area.

The Spanish text used in my high school was called el Camino Real, this museum has dioramas of the missions along El Camino Real in California. Also enjoy the Cline wines.

Behind the Cline tasting room is museum featuring models of the various missions built in the state. The museum manager could not have been more cordial and informative. It is a nice break from sipping wine
