The Inn we stayed at in Sonoma was walking distance from the plaza. Many tasting rooms, stores and restaurants, we loved the convenience and wish we more time to explore!

Sonoma Plaza is very charming at first glance. Then unfortunately you notice a homeless population lying around. One man approached me smoking pot playing a tape recorder which shouted expletives. As I walked away another man approached me rambling with his hands down his pants....More
Sonoma is a beautiful historic town, with lots to see and do, and Sonoma Plaza is the heart of this community. Lovely park for all the family surrounded by lots of fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops.

Love this old western style square- full of shops, bars and restaurants- nice assortment and then there's the park- lively and fun-pretty plantings, nice place to stroll or take a break from wineries
