We went in the evening, when the tasting room becomes a wine bar. Their pinot noir was really good. We purchased some cheese and crackers from their food area (there is no menu for food, just like snacks). They had a live band playing at the time on the patio. It is very popular, so go early if you want... More

Slipped by Saratoga and got here by high ratings of the place... The wine tasted great, not much of a tasting though... It was not overcrowded but still we did not get that much of explanation of the wines of our flights. This was our second stop so we got hungry and realized they have cheese and crackers for sale... We have been enjoying our Friday afternoons at Cinnabar. Glass or bottle of wine, some music on the patio- great way to decompress after work. We even picked up our trawler of Mercury Rising during the release weekend!!

Ugh. It started with a lack of warmth on the greeting. Then wine tastings were slung at us like eggs at a diner. No elaborate descriptions. No personality. No love. We were just another $15/person. And to boot, the wines were not even that great. Rather flat actually. We HIGHLY recommend Savannah Chanelle - a bit out of town, higher... More

Used to be outstanding. Then it got way too popular. Overpriced, too trendy. Can't get service, their knowledgeable wine servers are gone. Too bad they forgot their loyal customers. Dropped their wine club when average price per shipment doubled.

The tasting room is very modern and you can actually sit while you taste. The man who waited on us was very informative about the wines and Levi Stadium. The only food they offer is packaged nuts, crackers and cheese.

There a little bit of heaven in downtown Saratoga when you can sit on Cinnabar's patio, listening to local musicians, with a glass of Malbec to accompany nibbles of cheeses and charcuterie!

I came in on a random Wednesday afternoon. The bar was full but the rest of the room completely open. I was greeted with a friendly smile immediately. They encouraged me to sit at bar, and they'd ask the other patrons to make room. But i decided to sit solo. The staff customized my tasting because I couldn't decide. I... More

let me preface this by saying that I don't drink and visited Cinnabar with a group of my business colleagues on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. That being said, the group enjoyed the wine and had both flights of tastings. They did prefer the Reserve list. They passed on the port but the staff gladly substituted another wine for them. There... More

I am generally not a fan of offsite winery tasting rooms. I want the experience of the winery and these types of places don't have that kind of experience. With that in mind, I still enjoyed my brief visit here. The staff was friendly, the ambiance relaxed, and the wines were pretty good. This is a nice place for a... More
