Quite beautiful rolling hills of the Santa Ines valley are a mixture of pastureland, farmland and vineyards, with a few trees thrown in for good measure. Pleasant to drive thru and experience.

The Valley is certainly worth the time investment to get here. Ths sights, the smells, and the climate make it unique, the culture makes it a charmer.

Totally enjoyable tour of the area wineries. Very informative and excellent tasting experience. Great way to spend a relaxed afternoon.

Within driving distance to LA or Santa Barbara this is a great place to visit. There is plenty to do including camping, wine tasting, shopping and a casino. Solvang is an interesting Dutch style town with loads of shops, antiques and a theater. There are...More

If you have an interest in wine this is an area not to be missed. There are many, many, many wonderful vineyards producing bright and interesting wines.

Neat area for wine tasting and sightseeing. Interesting towns of Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Solvang also worth a visit.

Just 40 miles north of Santa Barbara. Scenery is great. Many wineries to explore. Great dining options. Solvang is a fun place to shop or just walk around.Good Danish bakeries,Take route 154 out of Santa Barbara for a very scenic drive.

The scenery is stunning: Golden hills broken up only by a stately old oak tree or a hillside of grape vines. Wonderful small, quaint towns with wine tasting rooms and the usual fun tourist stuff. Solvang used to be wonderful, but I enjoy Los Olivos...More
