Its a very small local cheese operation. Portuguese Jorge cheese is the only variety they produce, and its simply delicious. There is no tour but you get to see the cows and check out the cheese storage area.

Although they only sell one kind of cow's milk cheese of the semi-hard variety, it is well worth the visit. By the wheel or the piece, it is $7.50 LB and wonderful. We were put onto this place by our hostess at the Kendall-Jackson winery....More

Definitely rustic. Very Portuguese. Top quality nutritious cheese at very affordable prices. I've been going for years, and plan to keep going back.

Delightful cheese in a bucolic setting in the Sonoma Valley. It's well worth a detour to enjoy their wonderful cheese!
