This was such a feel at home winery! The owner is an firefighter and a lot of the decoration is related to this theme. They are super nice about the wine tasting and had quite a few rather delicious tastes.

$10 for 5 tastings. Their menu still says it's free but it is not. Wine is good, I just felt bait and switched by that fact. So it was ok.

Love this small winery. Great story behind the winery and they produce delicious array of wines at a great cost! Can't wait for our shipment to arrive!

We just arrived in Sonoma Valley for three days of wine tasting. We arrived at our bed and breakfast in time to do one tasting and to purchase a bottle for the evening hot tub. Our host directed us to Hook and Ladder Winery. It...More

We visited this winery as we had read that they waved the tasting fee for Visa Signature Card holders (not uncommon perk - check it out & save! ). Alas we had a VERY grumpy older woman behind the bar angrily tell us that they...More

Devin was awesome. Poured with fun explanations of their wine. The franc is what hooked us. For those of you who don't know (we didn't) the hook and ladder relates to firefighters! So all you firefighters bring a patch!

One of our favorite wines and now one of our favorite wineries to visit! Staff were very helpful and all of the tasting choices were amazing. To top it off there was an outdoor BBQ which had the best lamb kabobs and quinoa. Everything about...More

Devin, the Tasting Room Manager, was a great Host....informative, friendly and funny. What more could you ask for? We had a great time tasting, touring the facilities and enjoying a picnic in the vineyards.

We walked from our airbnb place. It was a cute place off Olivet rd. their wine selection and variety was very good. The wine counselor was excellent. We bought two of their wines and enjoyed our experience. There are no picnic tables.
