this is an amazing place. It was early so there was only a few hundred butterflies ( we go every year, but usually in November). If you can go on a warm weekday (not as crowded) it is unbelievable how many butterflies there are. As...More

Decent size butterfly grove, but pretty crowded with people. We talked to one of the volunteers there on Sunday, and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgable about the monarchs. Much better than Pacific Grove.

This was a great thing to check out, if the monarchs are there. Even if the monarchs aren't there, the adjacent beach is really nice to walk around on. On the day I went last fall, the boardwalk to the butterflies was a little crowded,...More

Great place to learn about butterflies and have a magical stroll through the eucalyptus grove. Great educational trip or just for fun. A nice beach and walk along the coast right next door. Make sure to check to see when butterflies are usually there.

We walked behind the Butterfly Inn to a very unassuming FREE place and there they were!! The butterflies were packed on the trees, flying in the skies, and the males attempting to pull the females into the trees. Am amazing experience and the guides were...More

Probably not. I think the migration ended last month. But Natural Bridges is still worth a visit.
