This historic lighthouse, rebuilt in the 1960s, is a great place from which to check out the local surfing culture.

Was wonderfully surprised to find the lighthouse being used to house a surf museum. Tiny little place, but great area surfing history. If it is cloudy, just wait until noon. The clouds appeared roll away at noon sharp. Great beach spot to the north and...More

Such a cute place. It has limited hours during the week so check schedule. The scenery is just beautiful and peaceful.

Loved the lighthouse. Has some great old photos of surfers that I really liked. I purchased two of the VW bug cars with the surfboards on top. Really cute.

The Lighthouse wasn't as big as I expected, and you can't go up inside it. A surfing museum is inside, but it was closed on the day we were there. The point is a very nice, comfortable area to walk around, good walkways, good parking...More

Being a Lighthouse nut, I found this one interesting, but it is not one of the historic lighthouses. It has a really interesting use in that it is a Surfing Museum. Small Museum but lots of history about surfing in the area.
