This is a wonderful walking, jogging trail that allows dogs, many people take strollers. Gorgeous ocean views, easy, level walking.

My sister and I are visiting from Florida and went to walk the pier and happened upon this trail. It was nice and smooth plus well kept, I have enjoyed going on it to run also.

This trail is so perfect, so scenic and beautiful. You can walk from one end of San Clemente to the other, all along the water. It's usually not very crowded and walking on the boardwalk portion is easy for those who need a smooth surface....More

Parts are, yes. I think north of the pier there are some stairs
