Ballentine is worth a visit. They are a small boutique winery and they make some good white blends and other less common varietals. We like the Maple Stations white blend and the Chenin Blanc.

Thank you, Ian, for such a nice review! I'm glad you had a good time, and that you enjoyed our wines. We understand that wine tasting in Napa Valley is expensive, so we believe in our philosophy of 'buy wine, waive a tasting fee'. I...More

Nice broad selections and reasonably priced for a small producer. Be sure to try the Port. It is one of the best we found this trip. Great and friendly service!

Visited with Platypus Tours and thanks to being here at the right time of the year got to see the whole wine making process. Sturdy reds - especially the cab franc - and very helpful and friendly staff (Morgan).

Fantastic wines at a small, boutique winery. Great Zinfandel, Petit Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Highly recommended for a visit.

So happy we stopped in for a tasting at Ballentine Vineyards. Our hostess welcomed us like long lost relatives. A cheerful, though smaller tasting bar. Delightful wines blended on a small scale. Definitely worth a stop, no reservations required.

This is he only wine club we have ever joined in our three years of going to Napa. It's small and you go for the wine. Delicious!
