Great program, the new extension has a fabulous gift shop lots of educational things for young children, for one of a kind gifts a great place to go...the exhibits are in the process of being expanded

Considering where you are this is a great museum. Not too large. Cheap. But it will get you an idea of the area, animals, history, etc. Gift shop, no food

A very nice museum. Really lovely gift shop. The day I was there a group of middle-schoolers were boisterously involved in a project. I received an apology for their noisy outbursts from a staff member, but hey, kids enjoying school? Not a problem!

What a neat place. It's free for children. They loved the outdoor maze and we learned about the desert plants and animals. A must stop for tourists.
