Great wild life area for the most part. Have seen some unsavory folks camping in the middle of nowhere here but I'm usually hunting and armed so not scared. Miss the river being higher level for more boating but floating is relaxing. Plan to fish...More

I loved living out here. The river access is great and is a great spot to float the Sacramento river from. You can float all the way to Red Bluff park. Great scenery and great summer fun!

Great place to stop for a break from driving on the freeway-----bring a lunch and sit by the river------there are places where the Sacramento River bends and runs north instead of south!!!

Red Bluff, I-5, exit on Jelly"s Fairy. Approx. 1.5 miles, turn right at the Bend Store. The boat launch is on the left just after crossing the river.
