One of the best places in the Desert area has become a "sorry" place to be. Most of the stores has closed and only large vendors are able to survive.

We strolled through the River Mall and were shocked to see the number of vendors that have closed down, or will be closing soon. Hopefully the landlord will be able to do something to motivate retail outlets to lease here and be successful.

We stopped here as part of our driving tour. It's beautiful, great restaurants and some high end shops, but not really a "destination " for families or kids. Maybe couples or retirees would find more out of this place.

Lots of empty storefronts. Nice outdoor sitting areas. Plenty of restaurant choices and a large movie theater

When all the spots are leased, it will be pretty cool. The cheesecake factory is the anchor there and the water features are nice. Plenty of parking available for date night.

To see the demise of such a beautiful plaza. Now you only go for the restaurants, not the speciality shops that used to be interesting.

This is a wonderful location for shops, restaurants, theater, strolling and relaxing outdoor patios. The parking is always limited as it is such a tourist attraction so you might have to park a walk away. Unfortunately this year there was a lot of shops that were empty or going out of business. The grounds are beautiful and the theater State... More

The theatres and some of the restaurants are doing OK but the rest of the retail stores are suffering or empty and for lease. How long can the place survive?

We were really disappointed by the number of vacant stores and the poor quality of those remaining. Obviously past its prime. There is a nice movie theater with great seats, but little else to attract visitors.
