swimming for dogs! Even though our German Shepherd dog died 2 yrs ago, we still love to walk and greet all the great dogs that enjoy this wonderful open space with their owners.

We always have a great time here. Barbqueing, fishing, and a swim beach. Never a dull visit. They also have paddle boats. They have a boat launch for small boats as well. No big motors.

My wife & I love coming here to walk around and enjoy nature. Check it out for sure! Gets busy on weekends though.

A visit to this park can be peaceful or overwhelmingly overcrowded depending when you go. The weekends are jam packed with families and dogs. The bathrooms on the far end of the park suffer from the effects of fishermen…blood in the sink, toilets not flushed...More

Yes dogs are allowed. I think there's a $2 fee for them though. I even brought my dog on my kayak with me. He had a blast.
