We planted our first vineyard back in 1981 with the mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, we've expanded both our knowledge of viniculture in this unique region as well as our acreage. Rich in fossilized limestone from eons of marine deposits, JUSTIN's soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds. At JUSTIN, we combine traditional Old World methods-like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak-with New World technology. For example: the "Air Knife," an ingenious process invented by our winemakers, boosts grape quality and efficiency. Once the grapes are harvested, our winemakers gather to sort, select, age, taste, blend and decide what goes into every bottle.

Winery of the year in 2015 with a pleasant informative staff

We went to this out of the way countryside vineyard in Paso Robles because I saw that it was highly rated in 2015. After a 20 minute or so drive out of the center of town we... read more

We went to this out of the way countryside vineyard in Paso Robles because I saw that it was highly rated in 2015. After a 20 minute or so drive out of the center of town we arrived at this picturesque vineyard. It was rainy so we couldn't do too much outside so we continued inside to taste this great... More

We came here primarily because of the name. We have a Justin, but as silly as it sounds we have also liked the wines. Everyone kept saying it was a drive out there, but it didn't seem so long and we enjoyed the tastings and venue. We bought one bottle of isosceles, for later at the hotel. The patio was... More

My wife and I visited and we're so impressed we ended up joining the club. They are able to ship our wine to Georgia, so we are so excited to see our wine arrive.

We visited Justin many years ago and liked it much better then. The new buildings and restaurant are pretty with good views of the vineyards but we thought the wine was really mediocre. We bought the Isosceles that has always been good but the experience was disappointing and I doubt we'd go back. It felt really corporate and we missed... More

From the hospitality at arrival in the Tasting Room (thank you, Mark), to the incredible food, to the tour of the wine cave (thank you, Art)... our visit was incredible. We were fortunate enough to stay at the Inn in the Savant Room (top notch), attend a Wine Seminar (thank you, Jim) and a Release Party. So much fun!! Not... More

Beautiful vineyard where they let you SIT outside and do a tasting. Lovely views and friendly staff, we just didn't care for the wine. Would recommend Tablas Creek over this place.

We just spent another glorious weekend at the Justin Winery and Just Inn. We love the location, wines, food, and staff. Everything was awesome - just like the last time we stayed. One standout item that was improved from our last trip there was the breakfast that is included with your room at the Inn. It was amazing. It was... More

Love this place! We visited the weekend of Thanksgiving, and it was super busy, so we had to wait for a tasting. Highly recommend becoming a member prior to going. There's a members only lounge, and it's beautiful! Great for families. This is a must stop at winery!

Justin Winery is one of the many wineries where we have a membership. It is far from town to the west and I recommend starting a wine tour there, as they do have a restaurant on site. It is fabulous wine and service at the restaurant.

Years ago Justin used to rock. Then they got bought out by Fiji Water and they've lost some of their mojo. Yes, the grounds are beautiful and it's nice to have an eatery this far out on the wine trail. And their wines are no slouches either. They're now mass-producing, vastly over-priced and not on a par with a number... More
