We did the Vampire’s Lair and had a great time. NikNak was our guide and helped along the way. She was kind, courteous and helpful with clues without giving us the answers. This was only our third escape room. Lots of fun and laughing as we pieced together clues on the way to opening the vampire’s casket. Very enjoyable!

The Titanic escape room was an excellent beginner friendly escape room. Everyone in our group (ages 10-37) was able to participate. Our family really enjoyed it. Levi was an excellent host/moderator.

What fun. We did the Vampires Lair room. Nik Nak was delightful and helped us enjoy the experience immensely. We had a good mix of experienced and brand new escape room players. We all had a great time. And yes - we did escape with 2 minutes to spare!!

Had a blast, we played Merlin’s magic school. Once the game starts pay attention and follow your gut, every clue and challenge felt hidden in plain sight. Super satisfying figuring a thing out and moving on to the next step, you might get stumped but luckily you’ll have Nik-Nak or one of the other game masters nudging you in the right direction! They don’t break character so even hints become riddles and it doesn’t feel like cheating hahaha if you play along they’ll make sense. Had fun. If we’re back in town we’d definitely come back to try another room

Uli was awesome and helpful; TITANIC room was so fun. Had a great sense of humor and cool vibe. Great puzzles and props. I would definitely go again and can’t wait to come back for more.

The Titanic was my favorite movie thus we choose the Titnic room. I had no idea what I was getting into. I went with my son and let me tell you something. These kids are VERY smart these days. I know I couldn't of completed it without him. You really need to listen to your guides. WE had "Levi" who was awesome. Your taken to a room. Shown what to do and told what the objective is. Then your given a clue to get started. Then the guide leaves the room. Then its up to you to figure out the clues to get what your in search of. Dont worry. A guide is always their by a handheld radio you carry with you throughout the whole game. If you get stumped you can call upon your guide for clues. (Which we did) If you think this is going to be a walk in the ball park you got another thing coming. You need to learn to listen to your teammates and work together. No question is stupid and once again you can call upon your guide anytime. We had the best guide ever. Levi remained calm and came to help everytime we needed help. He remained calm.when I was so stressed out. He explained things and gave us hints to help with the clues without giving anything away. We couldn't of had a better guide. Oh and did I forget to tell you that you only have one hour to complete the game. Happy sailing. Oh and by the way. We won!! My son and I completed the game by finding the object with only minutes to spare. We can't wait to go back into another room and try our luck again. Make sure to ask for LEVI!

We had a fun time in the Bank Heist room, our helper was Nic Nac, she was funny, friendly and helped with good clues when we needed them. We were able to get out with a couple minutes to spare. I would recommend going to the Escape room and I would go again.

Our party of three (1 adult and 2 kids ages 12 and 8) had a great time at the bank hurst today. It was a really well done and elaborate escape room that definitely made the hour fly by. It was challenging but doable thanks the help of of our fame master Nik Nak. Highly recommend it if your in palm app. Make sure to book in advance as it sells out.
