This part of Palm Springs is full out 60s glamour. All the homes are stunning, but Elvis' Honeymoon hideaway has a special flare. I loved touring around the area (you can take tours, but we self drove).

What more can you say, the house that Elvis and Pricilla spent their honeymoon. Even though its been 50 years it is still an attractive house.

Our organized mini bus tour stopped in front of the house and the guide told us the entire story about how Elvis tried to stay here on his honeymoon. With a map or actual guide, it is another interesting stop on your neighborhood tour.

You'll need to join the tour to see the inside of the house. I found it well worth the time and $$, however. There are two a day at 1:00 and 3:30 pm, each lasting about two hours. Their website indicates that reservations... More
