This was a lovely family outing. The tram ride was efficient, but a little packed in the tram and so we were squished like sardines almost. Some people also didn't understand the floor of the tram rotates, so they kept holding on to the railings...More

We did the nature trail from Palm Springs Aerial Tram. It was short but I have foot problems and was happy we didn't bring a wheelchair or electric chair. I was able to sit along the path.

Great hiking trails at 9,000 feet elevation can be challenging if you are out of shape or have any breathing issues. Magnificent views.

I've been coming to Palm Springs for 10 years, and never visited the top of San Jacinto Mountain - that was a mistake. It's beautiful up there, with nice (relatively easy) hiking trails.

The visitor center atop the mountain is quite nice, the tram ride exceptional, and hiking up on the mountain is great!
