PS is such a special calming place. We always stay close to Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drives and we are able to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. There is also a free bus called The Buzz and it goes down both drives. It runs about every 15 minutes till 1 am. I have never been to... More

There are very few chain stores or restaurants on Palm Canyon Dr. which makes the shopping so much more interesting. The people watching is great too. Probably my favorite street ever.

It's the main drag from Palm Springs to Rancho Mirages boutique area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and art dealers. You can easily spend an entire day on the strip. Don't miss it.

There is a mix of ticky tacky souvenir shops, restaurants and specialty food shops, clothing stores, and kitschy funky boutiques. the best of these, I though, was the sock shop that had hundreds of pairs of designed socks from sports logos to cartoon characters to dogs to dinosaurs. Overall, it's not that interesting, and I say that as a man... More

Strolling down Palm Canyon Drive is a fun way to spend part of a day. The scenery with the spectacular mountains surrounding Palm Springs makes it very pleasant. There are any number of restaurants, bars and patios to while away the time.

We were in Palm Springs for the first time this past weekend, over the New Year holiday. We stayed downtown, right by N Palm Canyon Drive. Great location! We walked up and down Palm Canyon Drive several times, stopping to shop and eat. It was a nice visit and hopefully we will be back!

We grew up close to Palm Canyon and during our New Year's visit this year, stayed one block back at the Palm Mountain Resort. The main drag always make me smaile and we enjoy so many of the great restaurants along the way including Las Casuelas, Pomme Frite, Lulu Bistro, LG Steakhouse and more...

There's shopping but nothing interesting on this street. I spent too much time in the car driving up and down.
