We stay at Mariotts when we can; staff are well trained and accommodating; places are clean and modern. Shadow Ridge does not disappoint. We had a ground floor unit (disability access) and really liked begin able to sit outside and watch the golfers. This is a great place for morning walkers like myself- you can get in three miles on... More

Three grandparents and two grandchildren shared a 2 bedroom, 2 bath timeshare suite at Shadow Ridge. The accommodation was well provisioned, immaculate, attractive and roomy. The several pools, and especially the waterslide, were dynamite for the kids - ages 6 & 10. There was a magic show (complimentary) that appealed to everyone, ages 3-83. The game center offered entertainment for... More

We booked on GolfNow, didn't realize this was a Par 3 course. It was raining really hard, they didn't offer a refund and had to check for flooding before we could start. No towels, cart got soaking wet so we quit after 11. Nice to play, great short game practice on challenging greens and very pretty. Would spend our green... More

I loved this resort. It catered to all groups and the rooms are massive and very well appointed. We had a two bedroom suite which had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, full laundry and a large deck with additional dining area. There are multiple pools, golf courses and cafes, restaurants etc. the resort is gated and accessed by your room... More

Played here 3 times during our stay. The course is challenging, but fair. It's in great shape and the greens are lovely. Certainly a shame that a lot of golfers don't repair their divots holes on either the greens or fairways, or even rake the bunkers - must be a frustration for the greenskeepers! The green fees are expensive, so... More

We played and were throughly entertained by the Shadow Ridge golf course today and found it in immaculate condition. Faldo has created big comfortable fairways in which to hit your drive but the real challenge comes with the greens which are undulating and fast and protected by heaps of bunkers. Your short game has to be on song to score... More

Played here at 8:30. Stayed at the resort so very convenient. Round took 4-1/4 hours. Course in great shape on fairways but some bare areas if you can't keep it on the fairway. Views are very nice. Greens were a bit more difficult than I'm used to and often were surrounded by bunkers (which were not in great shape). You'd... More

It is August. It is over 110 degrees. No one tees up a golf ball after 10:00 and most want to be off the course by then. You would think courses would bend over backwards for the few brave souls who want to brave the heat. Not at Marriott's Shadow Ridge. My partner and I call about an expired UnderPar... More

This is a lovely resort! It is well maintained and the grounds are very beautiful with flowers and flowering shrubs. There are about 4 different pools all well cared for. There is lots of activities for the kids/teens (game room, movie theater, crafts) The staff were very nice, but young and some are little inexperienced. I called the front desk because... More
