While I typically don't enjoy a zoo experience, the Living Desert has some outstanding exhibits. In addition, the hiking trails accessible via the Zoo are really fun. Eisenhower Mt and trails are worth the price of admission.

We enjoyed this park as it was beautiful, informative, and clean. I loved the great efforts to label the wide variety of plants and explain the habitat of the many animals. Great day for a family outing! The hike was great exercise too

Hop on HWY 111 and go South East. Stay on 111 for about 6 miles and then make a right onto Portola. We are on Portola on your left hand side 47900 Portola Ave in Palm Desert
