Very nice State Beach with awesome sunsets. Lots of people come out to this beach to sit and watch the sun go down. Nice place to walk the shore or just sit and relax.

There is not much you can see. Though it's a good place to have a drive along the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, so you can just head to the city center to have a quick meal.

I enjoy coming to Monterey & Pacific Grove but I haven’t spent much time on this beach. It was very nice & relaxing place to take your shoes off and wade into the ocean. Play in the waves!

You can take your doggy's here off-leash! Right next to Pebble Beach golf course and it was fun to watch the surfers here.

Many areas to stop, park and explore. Nice area to ride a bike too. There are plenty of benches to sit and watch the waves. Saw some wildlife. Sea otters, seals, and sea stars.

Nice relaxing walk on the boardwalks with wonderful views of the ocean. The state has restored the natural environment and removed the invasive non native plants (like ice plant).

So beautiful and unspoiled. We stopped here and walked along the convenient path beside the ocean, enjoying scenery and wildlife along the way, just last week while in the Carmel area. Amazing experience!

Enjoyed spending a few hours walking along the beach and surrounding areas. Very nice and not too busy. It seemed to be the place where locals went which for us, is a good sign.

Beautiful views and a nice walk along the ocean. A great place for picture taking. Observed surfers and persons checking tide pools.

As far as I know fires are not allowed on the "State Beach" (the end closest to the road) however you can have small Webers or hibachis. If you cross the small stream going from the boardwalk to the sea( the county end... More

Yes. We saw several dogs and very few of them were leashed. They were all well behaved and it seems everyone does clean up after them. We saw no "gifts" left behind. :)
